perfect place for city exploration with easy access to attractions
stepping out of the hotel puts you right on the plaza, where countless restaurants and shops are just a short walk away. The nearby cathedral and picturesque park made my city strolls delightful.

The hotel is vintage and offers a lovely ambiance, with a security-focused entrance that provides great peace of mind. The location is perfect, right across from the plaza with plenty of dining and shopping options.
The lack of air conditioning in the room made for an uncomfortable night's sleep as it got quite warm.

Lugging suitcases up five floors was exhausting.

missingWrote a review on 17 Octmetal key
The lack of room service is a hassle, especially when the elevator is out of order and you're lugging heavy suitcases up five flights of stairs. If you're not fit, getting up there is a real workout, and returning from the store means more stairs. Breakfast options are very limited. You're stuck with just buñuelos. Not to mention, the metal key can be a pain-better not misplace that thing.

vintage ambiance, security-focused entrance, proximity to plaza
No elevator access to higher floors can be a workout!!! Lack of room service makes it inconvenient with luggage!!! The metal keys might be charming, but they're impractical and easily lost!!!

It was just an appropriate option for a passing visit in Caldas with decent value for money. The 24/7 free coffee was a nice perk after long days. Make sure to keep track of your room key since it's a metal one.

I enjoyed my stay with 24/7 free coffee, and the room had a vintage feel, but be prepared for warm nights without AC. I'd consider returning for another visit!

Free wi-fi worked great. 24-hour reception was helpful, but no elevator was tough.

I stayed in the Deluxe King Suite for one night. The room had a vintage vibe, which was cool, but it got pretty warm since there’s no AC. The big floor fan helped a bit, but I still woke up sweating. The metal key for the room felt a little old-school, and I kept worrying I'd lose it. It’s basic but fine for a short stay. Not perfect, but I enjoyed the feel of the place.

The location is exceptional, right on the square with numerous restaurants and stores just a short walk away. The staff was consistently available and friendly, enhancing the experience. The hotel also feels very secure, as the entrance is locked and requires buzzing in, which adds peace of mind. Additionally, there are taxis readily available across the street.
Rooms lack air conditioning and can get warm.
